My dividend arrived today. New walking shoes for home and work are in my future.
What do you plan to get with your dividend?

Can't even get a Mountain House for $4.95. Get the REI card. Use it to pay for day to day expenses, pay it off in full each month and you will probably have enough for new shoes next year.

What adventure will you be doing that needs a bike box? I never had one of my own, but used one from a bike shop a few times to transport my bike to the beginning of a cross state ride.

Maybe a spare water filter cartridge. Always good to have! Will you be in CO this summer?

Might be time to replace my well worn daypack. I bought a new Osprey daypack last year. It was perfect for all my needs. Have you thought about which one you will get?

I will be getting a good supply of Pemican bars with our dividens and using the 20% discount card on a new pair of hiking pants.

Get the REI card. Use it to pay for day to day expenses, pay it off in full each month and you will probably have enough for new shoes next year. For 5% back on REI purchases the REI card makes sense, but for 1% on all other purchases there are other cards that will pay you back more. So you could get two pairs of new shoes next year.

I have been using an Osprey Talon 22 for well over 10 years, and the interior coating is starting to disintegrate. The Osprey Skarab 24 looks good to me, especially considering it comes with a wide mouth bladder that would allow me to put ice cubes in with my water, (at least when hiking from home).

Not much dividend this year if any. But super excited that our local REI is opening in less than 2 months and I will probably have a large dividend next year! I've been watching the construction and anxiously awaiting....

I'm not sure yet. I'm in desperate need of new clothes due to weight loss. I'm looking like a bag lady with all my baggy clothes.
