I'm really digging the new Titus Andronicus. It is a 3 LP rock opera in 5 acts. Think Zen Arcade. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/0dX6LL7b8Y0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
And the new Jason Isbell: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/n7tSrGUWbEw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Wussy is a crew of good Ohio folks: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/yRcbqXZUSbc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
And I had forgotten what a great song this is: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/zjU8L6go1VA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I too am awaiting the DBT live set. Schlanky, are you seeing Alabama Shakes and DBT at Merriweather?

I match about 7/12 as well. Saw CSN about two months ago. Saw them with Neil 5 or 10 years ago. Saw Neil solo or w/Crazy horse twice (three times?). His Le Noise tour was great. One man, 4 guitars, a keyboard, a piano, and a cigar store indian.
If you're into that stuff it's hard to beat old Windham Hill from the 80s. Was lucky enough to see Michael Hedges 2 or 3 times before he died.
Have yet to see Emmylou. My bad.

Have yet to see Emmylou. My bad. These days you might get to see her with Rodney Crowell, a double treat.

Excellent choice there, llamero! Here they are at Telluride Bluegrass Festival, 2013.

Sometimes a cover is better than the original.

I hardly am familiar with any of the music mentioned here!
I like Duran Duran, the Beatles, Madonna, Cutting Crew Broadcast, Olivia Newton-John, Huey Lewis and the News, INXS, Tears for Fears, Simon & Garfunkel, etc.

I've got about a 7/12 hit on the list by driftwoody as well.
Eat A Peach? John Barleycorn? Exile On Main Street? Meddle? Be still, my beating heart.
I've seen Carey Bell and many other blues musicians live, and he was pretty darn good. He played a lot with Honeyboy Edwards. Unfortunately, Honeyboy died about 3 years ago.
