GaliWalker has added a couple sketches to the random photo thread, which reminded me that we used to have this thread getting some interaction. So I dug it up.   I painted an old photograph I took about 15 years ago. Anyone else?

When I noticed the hiker, my mind had to reset. The whole picture automatically jumping in proportion as I realized those were birch bigger than any I’ve ever walked among.

echo, same here. I've never seen birch that large, but knowing GaliWalker, I think that's a perception as opposed to a reality that he's incorporated into his art ... a small forest of large birches, perhaps resembling those that existed before land clearing and heavy logging existed.
