markskor, stunning artwork. Your use of color, blending and shading is unique, different but perfectly suited to each drawing. You also segue from the smooth well blended lines to the more craggy, delineated style of the last drawing. I suspect you've experimented a lot with a basic drawing and changed it by blending smoothly vs blending more dramatically? The first photo could be a scene from the mythical Shangri-La, the second from Verne's Journey to the Center of the Earth, and as to the third...well, I'm just speechless! You can't be an amateur artist, right? You're a pro? I'm glad you brought this thread back up. My colored pencils chide me whenever I see them and ask why I bought them if I'm not going to draw as I did years ago. I'm really motivated now!
