BigLoad, since you said North Maroon was out, is Maroon or Pyramid viable? lol

Looks like we are in. I finally convinced my wife to go again. We will be arriving mid-morning on Saturday, and leave sometime Sunday morning.

It's pretty cool that y'all get together like this. By happy coincidence I'll actually be just down the road in Golden for a short course at the Colorado School of Mining from the 14th to the 17th. But the bad news is I fly back to Canada on the afternoon of the 17th to spend the weekend with my parents who haven't seen me in nearly a year. If not for that commitment, I'd have happily stayed the weekend. There's always next year. I did however manage to finagle my way into arriving the morning of the 13th, just so I'd have a free day to hit some trails around Golden, if any one has any suggestions?

My schedule broke. Actually it wasn't my schedule as much as the people was coming out to meet with. I'll probably visit CO in mid-October instead.

Let's list the supplies we are taking. It sounds like lostone, zeke and msdoolittle have the main kitchen supplies covered.
I'm taking:
1. One large propane tank - the type used with home grills. zeke and possibly lostone will be using it.
2. Two 72" X 29" tables
3. Two large tarps and rope in case of rain.
4. The green misc supply tub -- it contains paper plates, bowls, paper towels, etc from previous years. I consider it a backup and open to all.
5. Three folding chairs
6. One extra ice chest - Karla and Jen may claim that one.
7. Two seven gallon water jugs for washing.
8. Wine and Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur
9. Cards to sign for Chuck's wife.

OK, supplies. I'll be arriving a couple of days early and spending the time in Golden Gate State Park. Open fires are prohibited there and I just can't see the hassle of either dealing with TSA over a canister stove or multifuel stove for a mere two days, or figuring out how to dispose of same before I leave, so I'll be eating trail mix, salami, and cheese while in GGSP.
That's a roundabout way of saying that I won't be bringing any chairs, tables, propane tanks, or the like, but I can certainly swing by a grocery store to pick up any requested vittles (fruit, meat, veggies, carbs, beer, whatever), and/or pick up anyone else flying in on Friday.
Let me know if I should pick up anything - food, alcohol, or people.

Reuben, If you want to stop by Boulder, I can lend you a canister and/or propane stove and whatever else you might want/need during your short stay in Golden Gate. Similarly with a small cooler. Not a problem at all. We're about a 45 minute drive from the park. Just let me know. I can bring a 2-burner propane stove as well to the Pickle Gulch event, getting there on Friday. I can bring a few extra stuff if folks need it. - Mike

Thanks Mike, I'll send you a PM as we get closer. If you have a partially used canister of fuel I might pick it up from you, or buy one and leave it with you - or anyone else who's local or isn't concerned with TSA. Either way works.
My experience with the Denver area consists solely of airports, both new and old. Golden Gate Canyon SP looked good, so I just kinda pulled it out of thin air and added it to the trip.
I typically pick up boudin for HOTB, but I'll bet dollars to donuts that there's none to be found in the Denver area. Besides, I think that Good Steve and I may be the only ones who eat it. So if the Pickle Gulch Powers That Be (PGPTB) have a grocery list I can pick up some stuff on the way.
