BigLoad, I'm impressed with the way you've achieved curvature and depth, with one single color and white space.
zeke , that mirror image is stunning!
I think the biggest problem with choosing one image is that I like them all, often for different characteristics. Each has its own specific qualities.
Choosing between them is like going into a Godiva chocolate shop and being limited to selection of just one piece of chocolate.

Thanks very much! Each of my projects has one or two specific goals or technical challenges and your comment captures well what they were for this one. It's interesting how a choice (such as using monochrome) can have such a big impact on how to address all the remaining problems.

Happily, just as with chocolates, you can keep choosing and we'll keep rotating pictures.

Liking this thread - A lot of talent here - let's see more. BTW, A big thanks to those who considered my work as the first watercolor banner...pretty cool. Always been partial to those who draw, sketch, are creative...seems more personal than taking pictures. (Photography - Hard for me... to wait for the "good light"/ no patience...as such, cannot take a good photo.) A fan of Big Load's Ponderosa print... the Fibonacci spiral...hard to capture - nicely done. Balzaccom...You are getting so much better...kudos! Looks like though you are still doing watercolor from photographs...even though very nice, maybe try plein air too. Start developing your own style? Just a few more - backside Convict Club Med - our home Tuolumne Curry bridge

Bernard Mountain, Mt. Desert Island, Maine. I like this one a lot, but I can't visualize a crop that would work. Did you take any horizontals?

By the way, in case anyone wonders, I am removing the "winning" (in this case, an executive decision) image from this thread so we can keep on voting on all that are left. So that's why markskor's picture disappeared.
