Picking just three is really hard, but I'll play. I don't know if these are my best photos, per se, but I really like them for various reasons. Basin Creek, North Cascades National Park. This was near our first campsite on a five day trip. We ended up on this trip because of the terrible fires in Oregon. We had planned to do Cycle Oregon, which was canceled. With a free week in the Pacific NW, we ended up backpacking in North Cascades. Not a bad consolation prize at all. This isn't quite as spectacular as many of the eclipse photos I've seen out there, but I love this photo. I'm so glad I got to experience it (and as a bonus, I got to see cousins and family that I hadn't seen in 20 years. My aunt and uncle's farm was right in the path of totality, so they hosted a big eclipse party and everyone came in for it). My husband and a friend of mine shooting pictures of the sunrise with Old Rag (Shenandoah National Park) in the background. We had gotten up crazy early to be at Big Meadows for training for our volunteer program. We stopped at Pinnacles overlook to take pictures of the sunrise. I had finished shooting and walked behind them and realized that it made kind of a cool shot.

Thanks! She is now on the older side this month sometime she turns 15. Not too bad for her breed mix. She has weak back legs and occasionally have to help her up due to a ton of arthritis but it hasn't sullen her outlook on life at all.

Almost forgot about this thread. Here is my contribution.
Those white faces just get me....great shot! My sister has a chocolate lab - craziest, dumbest dog I've ever met. Still waiting for him to calm down and he's 5!

Thanks! she is a lab mix of some kind and for a lab actually very smart. When I took her to puppy school she "graduated" top of her class because of her response to commands, especially the "heel" command.

HC395, I'm impressed very nicely composed balanced image. You got nice clouds, calm pond, nice balance of rock and snow patches, and red snow bacteria too. No trail going up to that rarely visited pond east of Morrison and route has awkward footing with metamorphic rock and brush.

I like the effect of the bit of mist across the face of the mountains.
