+1. Can't be beat, IMHO. Part of going somewhere is having a plan b, and c, if something happens weather or other wise. Very good advice.

'I agree..perfect for honeymooners in July. Prime time, high country mosquito season ensures lots of tent time! Pick your poison. Miles of wild flowers in full bloom and a few insects, or a brown, barren, moonscape. I pick early season every time and just deal with it.

Hey man, here's some photos for you. Dave Senesac and SWTrout and others are actual photographers. I'm just a point and shootaramus but fortunately this country is kind to ignorami like me. This first pic could be the ebgining of an amazing offtrail trek along the crest of the Continental Divide. The CDT leaves the divide and skips this spectacular section. upload gifSame general area down lower. picture uploaderSame area as first pic, a dayhike where yousee the remotest summits of the 48 states, Younts Peak on left and Thorofare Mt. on right. image hostingThis may not be something you're up to experience wise but if you studied a bit and did this the odds are very high you would not see another person for several days. Here's some Teton Crest magic heading over Hurricane Pass. free upload imageMirror Lake with Buck Mt. in Alaska Basin. host imageColonade and Iris Falls of the Bechler River. screen capture softwareHotspring in Boundary Creek with 110' Dunanda Falls behind. img hostCome on folks, help these kids out and share some pics.

Hiking to Glen Aulin, and do the waterfalls hike. Not very strenuous, and plenty of scenery to enjoy.

While looking at all places suggested, I think we might be going with the Teton crest trail. Really excited to get out there. Now to narrow it down.
What about time frame? Late June? Early July? Late July? August?
Any thoughts/suggestions?
Really we can go anytime between late June and late August

What about time frame? Late June? Early July? Late July? August? Any thoughts/suggestions? This is your honeymoon, right? We'll give you suggestions on where to go, but as far as when to do it (so to speak) you should be able to figure that out by yourselves.
