I got some plans straightened out today so that is one step towards holding off any potential scheduling conflicts with this event. One more to nail down. Will you be among the group that hikes a 14er on Sat? |

That will be too tall of an order for me for the weekend on top of all the driving. I still need to get a couple more things worked out before I commit but stars are starting to line up better.

Apropos of this--if I come in about 3 on Friday afternoon, anyone heading up from DIA? I'd as soon share a car rather than rent one of my own. I'm thinking it won't be too hard to get back to the airport Sunday afternoon/evening.

I'm still hoping for a good enough excuse to come out. The odds aren't great, but I'm holding the dates. I'm coming. That's a good excuse, if PG itself isn't good enough |

That's a good excuse, if PG itself isn't good enough Dates are still open, but just barely. A few weeks ago I got drafted to take over a troubled project. For the time being, I'm on the hook for daily updates to the customer. If I do get away, it will be a last-minute escape. |

I should be okay with that--we bought a one-man tent last summer, so I have an option that takes very little pack space. Of course, if I borrow a tent I will have room for more cookies. |
