I think we can all agree that newborn babies are the real culprits in our society.
Totally worthless moochers! All they do is lie around pooping their pants and sucking on boobies. Then they have the nerve to scream & cry when their service staff doesn’t accommodate them fast enough.

I have indeed had the pleasure to know younger people with great work ethics. I have however known many, in my experience most, with horrible ones. I know a number of small business owners. I don't know if it is work ethic but turnover is very high with younger people. I was raised that work sometimes sucks and I think younger generations is brought up that things shouldn't suck. Also from a lot I have read in many places the housing crisis isn't from boomers holding on to their primary house but affluent people owning several homes. I have read in places like Aspen %40+ of the housing is essentially unoccupied. Just sitting there so the owners can have a weekend there occasionally. I know there are rich areas here that a good number of the houses are dark at night almost all the time. I believe a lot of them are the suburban houses of rich people that live mostly in Manhattan. In my neighborhood they are regularly tearing down single family houses to put up multi-family rental units. I think most are owned by corporations. Being nice, new and walking distance to the train station the rents are very high.

Probably between 3:35am & 3:34am. ETA: Kudos to knowing Berwyn is in Chicagoland. Bonus points if you get my musical time reference. Wrong I'm sure, but I win anyway, as I just listened to "Time", one of my favourites of all. Ernie could likely come up with an answer, he seems inordinately good at finding such... As for Chi-town, I been to Buddy Guy's . That's enough for me.

I would have been driving on the Dark Side of the Moon, listening to Chicago. Probably between 3:35am & 3:34am. ETA: Kudos to knowing Berwyn is in Chicagoland. Bonus points if you get my musical time reference. My big band plays that tune. They've played it on and off for years, but this is only my second season with them. It's a real @#$% to just pull out of the book and play at speed.

Probably between 3:35am & 3:34am. Oh! Oh! Just got this... Sitting crossed-legged is bad, if you were driving

I'll give people a little more time. To me, it's less challenging than their main competition (Blood Sweat and Tears). "Spinning Wheel" has some brutal tempo changes, especially the cut time interlude near the end. (That's that bit with the calliope).

Being nice, new and walking distance to the train station the rents are very high. In quite a number of states, it's investment firms buying up homes. In Georgia last year, something like a full 40% of all homes sold were cash buys by these huge investment companies. With the goal of just flipping them or whatever within a year or two.

Terry Kath's solo was phenomenal, he was very underrated. I'd give 25 points to Big Load, 6 to Ernie, 4 to the universe.

With this discussion of the work ethic, I can’t help thinking about a stop we made at an orchard/store in Maine a couple of years ago. The owner griped about how he couldn’t find workers who’d stay on and work, because they were all running off to work at Starbucks or something where they got more money and didn't have to work so hard. He was completely serious, as though people with a real work ethic would prefer to work harder for less money. We decided not to enlighten him about why he might have trouble keeping workers. I’m sure he was a believer in the free market.
