Hope You're doing well. One of my Bike Club friends had the same surgery in October and will be back on the bike soon.

Been there, done that but with me it was my knees. They’re good now. You’ll heal. Best of luck. Good thing you’re young. You’ll be back on the trail in no time.

Trail tough, you are. You'll be back racking up the scenic miles in no time. Best wishes for that.

I'm four (4) years old again! On January 15th I was able to tie my shoes and ditch the Skecher Slip-Ons! Also authorized to use treadmill and leg exercises at low levels. Have been walking five (5) miles twice a week at the Utah Olympic Oval on a 442 meter indoor track. From a social and mental health aspect will be volunteering at the Oval for an ISU World Cup Long Track Speed Skating event later this week as a one-arm usher. Wardrobe still includes arm brace. PT people say I will be able to exercise arms/upper body with a bit of resistance in 3-4 weeks. Prognosis is excellent. Changed PCT permit from NOBO to SOBO. Will begin May 28th from Siskiyou Summit (I-5) Ashland, OR to Tehachapi Pass (CA SR-58) 1150 mi. Decided to switch to SOBO to avoid Sierra snow slog and high stream crossing melt-off. Doing my best to be trail ready.

All that sounds pretty good, Westy.
Next thing you know, you'll be learning cursive!

Next thing you know, you'll be learning cursive! Unfortunately I don't think cursive or how to read an analog clock are skills that are taught anymore.

Sleeping Bag Man! Cursive is an effective skill set for forging those "Notes from your Mother" when skipping school or buying cigarettes.

Cursive is a cursed mess designed to humiliate the left-handed among you.

Cursive is a linguistic form of profanity.

Wow, there's a lot of hatred for cursive. Need to add it to the quiz.
Okra, drop bears, and cursive could be a mini quiz, a speed quiz.

Wow, there's a lot of hatred for cursive. Need to add it to the quiz. Okra, drop bears, and cursive could be a mini quiz, a speed quiz. Pretty soon, only AI will be able to complete it. be an upgrade to my contributions, at a minimum. I can't wait to read AI's take on BAKs. Autocorrected Ingrate will never equal what Westy has done or is doing.
