There are so many trails in PA that it's hard to know how to search or where to start. But I'm wondering if anyone here knows of a 20ish mile loop trail in western PA. I have an open weekend towards the end of October and just want to get out into the color for a easy to moderate hike.

jmitch is the guy to ask. There are tons of possibilities in Loyalsock, which is beautiful in the fall.

Gerard Hiking Trail in Oil Creek State Park is 34 miles, I think, but you can use cross connector trails to shorten.
Raccoon Creek State Park has a loop about that long.
Check out Quebec Wild Area or Hickory Creek Wilderness.
Quehanna Trail from Parker Dam using the west cross connector Trail.
