Here's a hint: The area and the stream are named for stormy weather. It could have been named the Blizzard Basin National Grassland, but nope. Okay, you get that one. It's actually "Little Thunder Creek." But close enough. And the general area is ________? Well, since you mentioned Teddy, I'm guessing Teddy Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota...but I am really guessing. I've never been and don't know much about it (my bad!) Using the word "thunder" worked the first time, so how about you use the same word again?

The geo reference information from the metadata of your image shows anyone in several seconds exactly where you were standing during the exposure. Removing it would make it a bit more of a challenge. Shhh! I think only Travis knows this.

Well, if it's not "Blizzard Basin National Grassland," that could be a hint that it is a national grassland, and there just happens to be a national grassland with the same word "thunder" in the name. And that grassland is in Wyoming. So the general area would be ______ Basin National Grassland. See map.

HIJACK ALERT!!! For bonus points only. Since it's not in the Rockies (hint), none of you will probably be able to get this. On Friday, I had an annual recertification training in a nearby city (hint: a drinking city with a football problem), so afterwards I went here for a quick run before heading home. 2 POINTS: Where am I? 1 POINT: What structure am I standing on? 0.5 POINT: What law enforcement agency will forever be hunting me for hopping a turnstyle?

Wwbf, Niagara, you seem close to the Canadian side although those are the American falls closest but I’m not going to cheat by looking at a map

Okay I’ll hold your hand
Falls
I’ve notified the RCMP and they are familiar with reports on the alias you go by. Seems this isn’t the first time you’ve run amok in their territory lol

I would have also accepted Interpol That’s funny The reason I know this area, girlfriend had family in the village of Snyder that we visited off and on for decades. None of them were or are wilderness types but all enjoyed urban walking and all the little shops. One was a restaurant fanatic. So we ended up there a couple times. I’m not a landmark type but the power of the falls is very impressive. Mostly I photographed the throngs of tourists running around in those identical rain slickers when they took them to river level down that tall green elevator at the smaller American falls or the Maid of the Mist boats. There are some crazy characters hanging around. That was interesting. I didn’t trust most of them but the Japanese were fun. They always were asking me to take their pictures. 90% of our visits girlfriend and I would disappear with our rucksacks and head for Algonquin or the Adirondacks. The White Mountains were okay too but the family gigs were something everyone expected us to be present at least occasionally.

the Japanese were fun. They always were asking me to take their pictures. A good 75% of the tourists last week were Indian (Asian) and Muslim/Arab. They were dressed in winter parkas, winter hats, and gloves. I was running in a light long-sleeve shirt and shorts. :-) A few years ago I visited Watkins Glen State Park near the end of the season. LITERALLY every other person I saw was Japanese. They had no qualms to interrupt my run to ask for a photo. I must have stopped 25x.... but I was happy to oblige.
