The cinch n clinch is a joke at best why would some one pay 6 bucks for some thing they can make dozens of for 6 bucks. it is a simple knot that can be tied in seconds and made from para cord and some shrink tube. This is what he did and then covered in heat shrink. You don't even need heat shrink para cord is strong stuff and cheap. He is marketing something he can never patent. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewxB5Qy7OAU Hanging gear of your pack in the field is a good way to get caught on branches and rocks. I can make you hundreds of these easy. 100 feet of para cord is what 8 bucks and the some heat shrink is another 5 bucks and you can make lots of these in an hour. You can even do it while watching your favorite tv show before setting out on your trip. I would not buy this product as it is a waste of money. I would rather spend the 6 bucks or so on a couple of cliff bars.

Joined the forum specifically to blast a product that saw a fair amount of heat before sliding off the front page into obscurity several months ago.
Dang, newbie. Welcome aboard. :-)
