I was watching the followup on TV after the 21st stage ride to Paris, and the guys asked each other what they enjoyed most about this year's Tour. I immediately thought about the ride Nairo Quintana had in stage 18. That uphill charge was amazing.

BTW, assuming they're still under contract, how does INEOS strategize the 2020 TdF with Froome, Thomas, and Bernal? Very good question. With changing ambitions and contracts, modern sport is full of surprises. No one will recognize their favorite NBA team next year. And, there's always the possibility of injury and such.

BTW, assuming they're still under contract, how does INEOS strategize the 2020 TdF with Froome, Thomas, and Bernal? They'll shake it out during the spring classics season and during some of the one week races I'd expect. Froome has to prove he's back from injury. It also could be an issue of the race course. This year was back loaded for climbers such as Bernal, next year may be quite different and better fit Froome and Thomas.... or Alaphilippe! ETA: Oh and Bernal’s contract? INEOS initially signed him to five years.
