New computer coming today. Once I get that up and running I can upload my photos of fall in Maine and start working on them. By mid-winter I should have some ready to share 😜😜 Ha...I've had a new computer for a couple of months (still in the box.) Went on vacation, have stuff to do around here, etc... Not only have I not had time to do the physical changeover, I have been procrastinating on switching over to Windows 11.

Currently exporting the Lightroom catalog to an external HD,which may take until sometime next week. The whole process is sucking badly, but I'd hit a different impasse with the old computer (a 2013 iMac that can can no longer support OS updates!) and it has to be done.

rebeccad my pc is a 2008! I have already transferred most photos to an ex hard drive because I always take it on my trips in case the house burns or something. I also have copied photos to another hard drive so I don't lose my phone photos (drop off of a cliff or something.) But I even bought a leash for the phone...

The best fall foliage display I've ever seen; even better than the ones I've previously seen in New England and the Adirondacks: George Washington National Forest, Virginia (Oct 27, 2023)

Love those oaks still hanging onto their leaves.
