Last month I hiked these two streams to see their incredible waterfalls and gorges. Truly stunning places. Recent rains brought the creeks up and all the falls were flowing well. Long Valley Run had smaller bedrock cascades and pools with large boulders, still very scenic despite there being no large falls. Falls Creek is just an epic place with about seven waterfalls, the tallest being about 70 feet. Located in SGL 36 near Monroeton, PA.
