We hiked at the Howland Preserve last month to see the dogwood blooms. The blooms were gorgeous with hundreds of trees covered in white. The preserve has eight miles of trails and is located on the Vosburg Neck, one of the Susquehanna River's highlights, with mountains that rise over 1,000 feet above the river. There is even remnants of the North Branch Canal. Beautiful trails with large stone walls, large trees, and deep ravines.
