Great photos!
I've never been to Niagara Falls. These shots really make me want to visit.

GaliWalker , someohow I missed this post when it was first posted, but I certainly enjoyed finding it! The photos made me feel as if I was actually there, even though I haven't been to Niagara in decades. I even remember what I was wearing as a child and remember leaning on the rail peering at the incredible masses of roaring water. It's a site where sounds and fragrances remain with a person for years...the fragrance of all the water, and the thundering sound as it spills over the falls. The Maid of the Mist (if the boat is still called that), has an appeal of its own, venturing into the roiling waters after they've tumbled over the falls. I really felt as if I was there as I admired your photos. desert dweller , Niagara is, like many of the sites visited by posters here, a very special place with an aura all its own. I hope you get a chance to visit. If I remember correctly, there was a floral clock in one of the small park type areas, and it was absolutely stunning. I don't recall if it's on the American or Canadian side. I think now I need to start thinking about going back again.

I think the clock is on the Canadian side, but I too am not sure now. The two sides are beginning to get mixed up...
