Hey there! New to this forum, but really keen to become a part of the community. So here is a video I recently put up of me hiking out to a nice spot next to a river, exploring the surrounding area, and spending the night. I really hope you enjoy it!

Great video. The Kingfisher bird is beautiful! The lizard would have freak me out a bit. Great job editing the video too. Never been to Australia before but reminds me a bit of my local area in Wisconsin, USA.

Your vid is far and away the best of its type in my experience. The best part for me: it was almost like being there, an experience I sorely need after many months off the trails due to illness and various mishaps :-(> . Many thanks for that!
Our wild places here in Israel are rather different. The two subjects that did resonate with me, being so similar to ours, were the water-sculpted limestone or sandstone (we have both) and the monitor lizard. Our monitors live in pine forests not too many miles from Jerusalem, can be close to a meter long, and are very rarely seen.
