Folks, any recommendations of foil wrapped food for a 3 days 2 nights backcountry camping?

My favorite foil wrapped food for for backpacking is chocolate eggs, especially the Dove dark chocolate. I also wrap red pepper or other spices in little squares of foil. Sometimes I pre-slice cheese at home and then wrap it in foil to keep it together, then place in a ziploc.
In girl scouts we used to cook stuff wrapped in foil on a bed of coals, but usually on a on one night trip or when we had a vehicle. Baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, pocket stew with meat & veggies wrapped together in foil, banana boats with banana, chocolate and marshmallow wrapped together in foil. You could also melt a wheel of brie and serve with crackers.
I'm not sure I get your question...

banana boats with banana, chocolate and marshmallow Those are so good. I've added shredded coconut for that extra-tropical flavor.

Folks, any recommendations of foil wrapped food for a 3 days 2 nights backcountry camping? Are you asking about stuff like tuna pouches or are you asking about the "hobo meals" where you take fresh ingredients, wrap them in foil, and cook by a campfire?

In that case do a google search on hobo meals. They are popular with scouts.

Just understand that hobo meals with fresh ingredients are going to be heavy for backpacking. They're more of a car camping kind of meal. It's a very versatile meal though, and you really don't need a recipe. I make a hamburger version with Cub Scouts every year.

Also if you are planning on cooking in a fire, be sure that fires are legal where you are going!
