I am familiar with several hot sauces, but seem to prefer Cholula and Sriracha. I'll use Tabasco in a pinch. How about you folks? Do you use much hot sauce at home? For BP'ing trips, I stop by Taco Bell or some such place and grab a handful of whatever Fiery Stuff they have in pouches.

Kroger (King Soopers) makes a Curry Ketchup that has a nice habanero kick and is IMHO delicious. It's probably my #1 go-to condiment and as a bonus has no high fructose corn syrup in it.
I also like Cholula and Louisiana brand hot sauces. Arizona Gunslinger makes a great chipotle sauce.

I prefer adding various hot peppers to dishes to spice them up, or perhaps cayenne powder...
(I have started adding more ginger and garlic to my diet, but it hasn't gotten consistently cold enough yet for me to add the peppers/capsaicin)

My husband makes his own with Tabasco peppers he grows himself. It's been a big hit with friends, so he gives some away. We also like Sriracha and go through the big bottles pretty quickly. My favorite is still Crystal, and I'll brush that on grilled chicken all the time.

I stick with Taco Bell for convenience and cost. If I'm going to use enough on a trip, I'll bring some Cholula.

Some other favorites of mine are El Yucateca and Bufalo Chipotle sauce. (Those two, plus Tobasco and Cholula, are my staples.) Franks is the best for Buffalo wings.

I found a local Vietnamese restaurant that gives out sriracha in little mustard style packets. Not sure if packit gourmet carries the stuff.

I collect Popeyes Sweet Heat Sauce for backpacking use.
At home, I use Tapatio Hot Sauce bought from the Mexician grocery.

Have to admit I avoid hot sauces. And my spouse is even less tolerant of them.

I'll use most anything - we love hot sauces. Our table is covered in bottles :D However, for outdoor meals I usually grab the little bottles from Tabasco - you can get a bunch of the flavors, Chipotle is my favorite. I can refill those bottles as well, with a tiny funnel.

Franks is one of my favorites, but I have been to belize a few times this year and Marie Sharp makes some great hot sauce.

Franks is one of my favorites, but I have been to belize a few times this year and Marie Sharp makes some great hot sauce. For those who do not already know, Marie Sharp is the original creator of Melinda's hot sauce. She was somewhat naive about business practices and her US distributor was able to basically steal the Melinda's product/brand out from under her. She started over under the name Marie Sharps.
