I have a pair of keen hiking boots that are half leather half some breathable material and they are letting water in. How can I re-waterproof them? What product?

My first thought is that the membrane has been broken. Such as along a seam/crease created by the natural movement of your foot. If the membrane is broken then waterproofing will not fix the issue.

Using snoseal on fabric seems crazy but go ahead and give it a try. You'll probably just end up with the stuff coming off or seeping down into your socks. If the Keen is a goretex boot and it's leaking then it's as Ohm says---a break in the gtx.

McNett's Seamgrip on the seams, and Kiwi Campdry Heavyduty has worked well for me on leaky boots.

Seriously, I would relegate those to fair-weather hiking, and get yourself a pair of all leather boots which can be properly treated. I use Obenauf's Leather Heavy Duty Leather Preservative and sometimes Obenauf’s Leather Oil. Either works very well. it depends on the condition of my boots which one I use. Rumi PS, I have found that trying to maintain water-resistance on fabric boots with a WP lining is a hopeless case.

...thread for Gear Closet forum.
Have been wearing heavy duty high end leather hiking boots for decades, mostly Gortex membrane. Currently breathable waterproof boot is the Asolo TPS520 GV with maybe 4 weeks of hiking/backpacking days. Tend to walk right through boot top water. I have 2 older hiking boots that leak water I still wear sometimes for hiking during dry conditions and no amount of sealing might make them waterproof. The current product I use on my leather hiking boots is Kiwi Boot Protector. Read the reviews on Amazon.
Something I learned long ago is once a leather hiking boot begins leaking it will continue to do so regardless of any external treatments because there are simply too many strong forces pounding on boots. Even if a boot does not yet leak like my above, I still periodically treat it with the above, especially before longer trips, because not only do I not want the membrane to leak but also prefer it to shed as much water as possible. Otherwise the leather exterior will tend to absorb water that can make a boot heavier, damp, and chilly. Most of my boots start leaking after a couple years regardless of how much they cost because its all just too brutal.

I would look at using Welt-Seal, if you think the leaking is coming in through the stitching.
I used some many years ago, and it worked okay.
