Shooting for my first backpacking outing next Spring on the Jones Hole Trail in CO/UT. Has anyone hiked this trail? Can you share anything about the hike or things to see or watch out for?
Apologies if this is a repeat thread.

when I do a search for the 'Jones Home Trail', I did not get any results. Is that the correct trail name?

I think he means Jones Hole, which is fun with waterfall, fly fishing, and more. I remember it being about a half dozen miles long. Pretty popular, but with more than enough reason to check it out. There's only one campsite at a creek confluence, the river ones are for rafters.
Have an awesome time!

It's actually called the Jones HOLE Trail. I didn't notice my typo until just now.

I thought it may be the Jones HOLE Trail. A youtube search will give you several videos. One video is about 6 months old so some recent info. That's all I got.

Nice, easy walk in southern Wyoming, crossing into Utah in Dinosaur National Park. It was years ago that I did it. A bit of a drive from Rangely, Colorado where I was then living, but worth it. I did it about this time of year.
