At least a foot so far and still coming down.
Oh, and it was 74F and sunny on Saturday.

We got 10" on the NY/Vt. border, but it started to disappear this afternoon. We checked out potential snowshoeing trails in the Adirondacks Sat. in t-shirts. Maybe now we can use them! I've driven through to many LE squalls on 90 and 81. Got stuck on 90 for 20 hrs. in a 3 footer. Hope you guys don't get a repeat of '14-'15, I had 2 friends lose barns.

foxalo We got another 6" after this photo was taken (total ~30"): Here's a couple of photos from my first XC ski of the season. Tough conditions... knee-deep snow, hip- to chest-deep in drifts. I saw a buck enter a drift between two knolls... all I could see was its antlers.

What time of day did you go? I love the bluish hue if the bottom picture. I always loved walking in the snow at night when I lived up north. It's just so serene.

I don't typically use a light when I hike at night anyway. Just something about the dark.

At least I had two XC and one downhill ski days.
