I have a Teton 4000 backpack, and a Osprey Daylight daypack.
They have different size buckles, and I was thinking it would be nice, if there was a large to small downsize adapter buckle that I could hook them together.
Is anyone aware of anyone that makes something like this?
Thanks, James

REI makes plenty of aftermarket buckles/straps. I don't think I've seen specific downsize adapters. I would strongly recommend that if you were to combine the two, I would simply put the Osprey on top (which would require no adapters) of your other pack. Strapping to the back will throw the balance off quite drastically.

I searched the interporn and, whiles I found many sites selling various side-clip-plastic-buckles, I did not find any size adapters. I think you'd have to buy side clip buckles and webbing and sew your own.

Broken and replaced several buckles over the years due to general cloddishness, but don't ever think I've seen an adapter. On that note it is pretty easy to seam rip and replace a buckle.

I'm confused? Why would you want to hook them together?
BTW, welcome aboard!

I think tigger might be on to it. It sounds like he wants to rig one into the other crosswise, or he might be trying to rig up a bodypack somehow (edit: though this last was the first thing to come to mind it really makes no sense... sorry).
