Before using that adaptor (or similar) better do some reading on the subject. You don't want to overfill the canister for a start

Sometimes I'll use the Jetboil at home to make press coffee.

We have to fly most places we go and fuel is a pain. It has to be planned for and a stop made that is usually not convenient. I have had tremendous luck giving away the canisters as opposed to tossing half full ones in the trash.

After looking at the link provided, it seems to me that all you'll accomplish is equalizing the pressure between the two canisters resulting in two partially filled canisters.
