I know this thread is over a week old ...
but what about a military issue or similar woobie (aka poncho liner)?
average weight is around 20-23oz, assuming the OP could take the extra weight. I grew very fond of mine in basic training, packs down relatively small and can be used in other ways with the tie offs. And they can be had for around $20-30.
Just a thought

Would do a 'back yard' test to be sure, but think you can get by with adding a thin closed cell foam to supplement your big agnes and wearing your fleece sweater and hat to bed. Basically wear to bed whatever clothes to bring to stay warm.
