I'm getting back into backpacking and came across a Belvie 60L. Can anyone give me a review? Greatly appreciate it.

Fit is always the biggest consideration...nobody can tell if it fits you.

Soccerbrian, If you don't have much experience with a pack, you will not know what you like till you try one or two. If this one does not work for you , it will at least give you an idea of what to look for the next time. My first pack was one of two that the family had. It wasn't made for my size and was as generic as they come but it was available to me... To put it another way, at worst you will lose $60 however someone will give you $30 or $40 if you don't like it. If you buy a $250 pack and don't like that you will be lucky to get $180 for it... Having said that, a well fitting pack will make hiking a much better experience.
(BTW, interesting that the thread has "created by BP2GO")

interesting that the thread has "created by BP2GO") Just finding this comment. I see that the OP has not managed to come back, but the fact is that he posted the question in the early days and in the wrong area, I moved it. One of the few odd twists with this software is that while I am able to move a post to a better location, if there is NO existing thread to join into, I have to create one, and so I get labeled as the author and I have no way to change that. So at least you now know I am not playing games with questions about gear!

Hi, it must be good to play God in your own universe.
Just kidding. I was offered to become a moderator of another forum but I declined, opting instead to pull my toe nails out one by one. I am happy with my decision and have saved a lot of money on pedicure since. (OK, Revlon has discontinued my favourite colour but I prefer not to disclose that)

it must be good to play God in your own universe. Good Lord, There you are. Apparently I have been praying to the wrong deities or burning the wrong incense. Now that you have presented yourself would you please send me another registered female Ccara pack llama. Really, I'm a little tired of asking and time is short, we're getting into the bucket list years here. Just string the bitch behind the reindeer --I don't need a leader anyway--and drop her in the pasture on your way between Cheshire and High Pass. Comprende? Muy bien and Feliz Navidad. Brewed or distilled? I'll leave it in the barn. Sincerely and Situationally Yours, Llamero
