Has anyone backpacked/hiked this. Have the data and map information for Ice Lake and Island Lake, but can't find too much information on V2. Is there a trail to the summit or is it more of a scramble and just find your way to the summit. Thanks in advance.

Thee are several Ice Lakes and Island Lakes. What state or province is your inquiry regarding?

There is a trail from Ice lake to Island lake. I'm not aware of a trail to v2 summit.

Thanks, Absarokanaut! V2 was unknownst to me. Was in the vicinity two weeks ago validating the trailhead for San Miguel Peak.
