So it's come to that already. The good news is that the old gang is here and I can read some really cool stuff. The bad news is that some others are also here and I don't want to read their stupidity.

I don't want to read their stupidity. Again, you can block me if you follow the instructions.

Yes, it's still there on the very far right side of the link to Send Message.

I have a question that is similar to blocking users posts. Is there a way to turn off notifications from threads that you once commented in but no longer wish to get notifications of new posts?

Ok. I went and looked and for me it's not granular enough. I can turn off new notifications for whole "health & fitness" board. But that is too broad. I want to turn off notifications for a particular thread "weekly fitness updates" underneath "health and fitness). I asked a question in there once and decided it wasn't for me but since it is a popular thread it gets lots of new posts which is good but it's bad for me because I still get notifications for ever new post.

Support says: If it's in the Participated box, just mouse over the thread and tick its checkbox. Then: If not New: - select Actions > Mark as New - go to next step If New (or marked as new) - select Actions > Mark As Read > Forever You will no longer be notified if that thread gets replies.
