I could introduce her to my daughter, who is ten. She's a girly girl that loves dirt and bugs and sports. I'm originally from PA. Haven't lived there in years though.

Hikin Mike - thanks for the welcome especially considering you are a PA survivor haha.
Pollock is my "trail name" that I acquired during a trip to Mt. Rogers in Shenandoah. Lets just say that during a call of nature I made quite a mess on the outside of my Kuhl shorts (my go to hiking shorts)just prior to us departing for home - little more splash zone called for - worse I didn't notice until well into the trip. Like the great Jackson Pollock, I had made some abstract expressionist drip painting.
Like most nicknames its one I'm still trying to live down.

I'm Pollock's SO and the giver of the nickname. Boy was that a fun day!

Well, you pretty well failed the quiz, but since snappypepper gave you your trail name, seems to like you, and is from my home state, I guess we'll let all that slide.

Like most nicknames its one I'm still trying to live down. It's still better than "Tender Bites" which was bequeathed upon me on my last trip, usurping "Little Spoon". Welcome to the forum, from a questionably-named Canadian.
