Some of you may know I've been fighting a calf issue which has caused tightness in my upper calf/hamstring and also plantar fasciitis symptoms. I've been going to PT and they did all they could do. A foot doctor suggested I test it which resulted in it going nuts. I don't fault her as at some point you have to test things. She sent me to a good sports chiropractor who specializes in knees and feet. I didn't know those existed. He adjusted my foot and knee which felt odd.
After the adjustment I've felt much better. I big leap in recovery. I go back to him today and will continue to rehab. Hopefully I'm on the trail towards full recovery and can get back to some flat land hiking and then progress to whatever I can get to.
