I recently did some hiking at R.B. Winter State Park and Hook Natural Area to enjoy the old growth forests, scenic streams, lake, and superb vistas. So much to see in the Bald Eagle State Forest, which covers 200,000 acres. The Hook Natural Area is the largest natural area in the state. I also made a quick stop at Sand Bridge State Park, notable for being the smallest of PA's state parks, at about 3 acres in size.
