Sawtooths Idaho, Toxaway - Pettit Loop July 2015

My friend and I backpacked the Toxaway - Pettit Loop in the Idaho Sawtooths last summer. We called ourselves "2 Blondes and their Backpacks"! 
The greatest elevation was approx 10,000 ft and Alice Lake at the top was breathtaking! In the first picture of us, I'm the one on the right. These are her photos, so there are more of me than her. I cannot find my photos and I am really upset. I have looked everywhere. We had such a great time!

I would like to go again either with my husband so he can experience it, or with one of the Idaho Trails Association work groups. Such beauty! Watch out for the chipmunks though. They are AGGRESSIVE. They will literally take food right out of your hands.
