There are a ton of Native American sites in the Supes, but this one is very cool. Dating to 1250 AD it purports to be aligned with astronomical events, e.g. Solstice and Equinox. It was getting a little late in the season for the Superstitions, but the weather wasn't too bad with the 6000' of elevation at the peak. Here's the video:

It's a neat place.I went there in the early 2000's.
Good video, too. It captures the area well.

It's definitely worth seeing firsthand to really get a feel for the sheer magnitude, even if the state of preservation isn't all that great. I visited last November, looping from Miles TH on West Pinto, Campaign, and Fireline Trails, through Reavis Ranch and back on Reavis, Rogers, and West Pinto. I didn't get any good pics up there because it was snowing too hard.

Miles is a good alternative to Tule for for low-clearance access to the Eastern Supes. Its biggest disadvantage is a scarcity of reliable water sources.

It's too bad the stone circle hasn't been preserved better. Such a magical looking place!

It's too bad the stone circle hasn't been preserved better. Such a magical looking place! The walls don't look very sturdy - no mortar between the stones. It is pretty special, particularly on a special day like a solstice, equinox, full moon, etc.
