In the comments at YouTube, among many calling the woman stupid, also appeared the comment below: [/span] This is a pet, Yellowstone owns the bison. It's more cruel to never interact and I figured animal lovers would know this. Apparently not!!!!"[/ul] I suspect that if moving trains had fur, some people would step in front of them to pet them also.

I saw that video a few days ago. All I can say is, that woman was really lucky not to have gotten gored or trampled. I wish a ranger had been around.

I figured animal lovers would know this I'd like to see that poster attempt to love and cuddle a grizzly cub of the year. She just might change her belief that YNP animals are pets. If she survived...

Could you imagine being around thousands of people each year and never get petted? Heck, I'm amazed that I can be around a dozen people per day and not go postal. Especially on the ones that *know everything* and do damn little but talk about sports, movies, cookouts, restaurants, etc. all freakin' day. Do they really get paid for that? In any case, can't they do it somewhere else so I don't have to listen to their noisy BS all f'in day? Some of us have to make stuff actually work. Every day. //rant off

"Could you imagine being around thousands of people each year and never get petted?" I pass through Times Square now and then. Fortunately, I rarely get petted.

God really does protect fools and small children. And as my mom would note, "you're a little old to be a child."

I have come to loathe the term "touron".

I simply call them "tourists".

I have come to loathe the term "touron". I respect your perspective, but IMHO even touron is too mild a term for this case. perhaps Tourfreakingimbecile might be more appropriate. :(

Or, you could just leave out the reference to tourist altogether. Freaking imbecile works nicely for me.
