No argument from me. Wonder if there will ever be anyone like him again. No there will never be another Dylan. I've seen Bob in concert 6 times and I put together a notebook of the lyrics and chords of every song he wrote so that I can strum along with him on my banjo. “There must be some way out of here,” said the joker to the thief “There’s too much confusion, I can’t get no relief Businessmen, they drink my wine, plowmen dig my earth None of them along the line know what any of it is worth” and "I see my light come shining From the west unto the east Any day now, any day now I shall be released"

I also like the words of Marianne Faithful - Broken English, the entire album. Especially 'Why'd Ya Do It'.

There's a full moon in the sky, but that don't worry me I don't ever hang my soul out on the line

Yeah, I got to ramble, whoa-oh I got to move on, whoa-oh I got to walk away my blues
Wee Five: You were on my mind
(I revise the last line to say hike instead of walk.)

(To be sung at my funeral--preferably by George Beverly Shea (RIP))
Then sings my soul, my Savior God to thee, how great thou art.

Finlandia was written as a patriotic anthem by Jean Sibelius.
Lloyd Stone penned these English lyrics as a hymn in 1934
It's been sung by Joan Baez and the Indigo Girls
This is my song, O God of all the nations A song of peace for lands afar and mine This is my home, the country where my heart is Here are my hopes, my dreams, my holy shrine But other hearts in other lands are beating With hopes and dreams as true and high as mine
My country's skies are bluer than the ocean And sunlight beams on clover leaf and pine But other lands have sunlight too and clover And skies are everywhere as blue as mine O hear my song, thou God of all the nations A song of peace for their land and for mine

Can't beat Trololo Guy! If someone knows what language he's speaking, I'd sure love a translation though. Based on the title page, I'm guessing Russian. Title is (loosely) "I am very glad, because I'm finally going home (Vocalise)." Though I'm sure someone knows more Russian than me. The actual phrases seem to be universal. lol

I'm always interested in the weird sounding songs, and this is a newer one that left my son and I staring at the radio in the car wondering, WTH? It has become a favorite though.

itle is (loosely) "I am very glad, because I'm finally going home (Vocalise)." That's what it says. I unfortunately started to actually listen to the song. That's about 2 minutes of my life I'll never get back!

Eleanor Rigby by John Lennon and Paul McCartney is pure genius. The poem will be remembered long after the song is forgotten.
