Very cool! That is a unique way to capture the whole venture in a moment. I'm sure that as he watches it, many memories are fired up.

I guess Gatorade bottles only last 700 miles.

It is interesting how this somewhat pudgy gent slowly had the fat burn off and end up a very fit looking man.
Great! presentation tho.

Okay, now. I really would have liked to see the background shots without his silly mug blocking half the picture. However, he did do a fine job of keeping his portrait framed off to his side of the photo. Admirable skill there, I have to admit. Also, he clearly lost some weight through the duration of the trip and looked a bit healthier at the end than at the beginning.
Strangely enough that was kind of fun, but really, did he have to?

Beards come and go but the trail remains. I enjoyed that.

I liked it. Perhaps that's because I would like to hike the PCT someday. I was trying to see what the trail is like, but the photos flash by so quickly. Is there any way to slow the playback down?

Is there any way to slow the playback down? There actually is a way to slow the video to 1/4 speed. First click on the video to start it. Then immediately pause the video and go to the lower right-hand corner of the video to the gear icon. Click on the gear and then hover over "speed." To the right of the word "normal," click the cursor arrow ">" to get 6 possible speeds. Choose 0.25 speed at the top of the list, and click on it. Then resume playing the video.

Narcissism at its finest? Or perhaps a way to break up the trail monotony. Maybe a little of both.

But when I clicked on the gear icon, all I got was a "Quality" box with different resolution options. No "speed" options at all.
Edit: Never mind. Tried it with a different browser and got the speed option.

Thanks! I've just sampled some of the videos so far, but looks like real nice stuff.
