Is anybody from these areas. I am looking for somebody ,that's wants some fairly intense training for hiking.I have been attending a excersise class , it will cause your core to build fast.i am looking for a partner.i usually can attend the class 1 day a week.i am looking for sombody close to me to do this other days of the week.it is much better with someone else.

First, welcome to the Basecamp!
You'll probably get a better response by posting this in the "Central (Midwest)" or "Hiking Partners" boards.

Where in CO are you planning to hike?

As this is a national/international forum,you may have better luck trying a local meetup group to find fitness enthusiasts in your area.I have heard of Richmond/Danville Va but not Ky.But you can still report your progress here to keep yourself accountable.
