I recently explored this hidden, out of the way gem in the Loyalsock State Forest, located east of Jacoby Falls. There was an 800 foot deep gorge with four waterfalls, numerous cascades, pools, moss covered rocks, and tiers of overhanging ledges. The highest falls is really beautiful, located in a grotto where a side stream also has its own waterfall. In high water it must be impressive. I then did a quick hike to Jacoby Falls and hiked back out in the dark. Awesome day in beautiful PA.
