Let's define a few things. What do you mean by 'On tour"? Are you a musician? Are you asking about how to clean the pack while on a backpacking trip? Is this bp'ing trip one where you will be out in the wilderness carrying everything you require or one where you are traveling hostel to hostel? What is it that you are wanting to clean off of your pack? Did you spill food on it and want to keep critters from damaging it? Is it muddy and caked on the interior? Finally, why would an Osprey pack need any different cleaning methods than any other pack? Osprey advice on cleaning a backpack

Unless I spilled food on the interior I don’t bother on the move with cleaning. I do like to clean my shoulder straps when at home as the salt buildup can otherwise lead to mold.
I’ll second from the above yo brush out the zippers, I’ll also use a zipper lubricant on them. Zippers sre too often the weak link: and when they’re structural instead of simply for organization it’s critical they be maintained.

I wish I had thought of this for my tent. One of the doors will not open, the zipper is like cemented in place. At least I have 2 doors Try using a toothpick to get some zipper lube into it and let it sit. Unfortunately I have had zippers stick but it was from the zipper being crushed in a way that it pinched the cloth backing of the teeth so it couldn't slide. I have very carefully used a screwdriver to open up the zipper a little. Usually works but I had one zipper crack in two and fall off. Complete zipper replacement then.
P.S. +1 on what are you trying to clean off it? Most of us here are concerned with functional clean not aesthetic clean. I like my pack not looking too clean. I wouldn't want to be mistaken for a noob .
