Went on a road trip this Memorial Day weekend visiting two places never visited by me and one return.

The Gila River and the Gila Box Riparian Area

The XXX Ranch along the Blue River of east-central Arizona. The XXX ranch and homestead is now maintained volunteers and is open to anyone.

A fern forest on Aztec Peak of the Sierra Ancha Mountains of Arizona. Ed Abbey was a Forest Service employee working at the Aztec Peak Lookout.
