Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Ohio (May 28, 2022)I did a quick tour of some of the attractions in Cuyahoga Valley National Park yesterday. I began with a hike to Blue Hen Falls. The old tralhead, which was only 0.25mi from the falls, had been decommissioned since my last trip. Now you have to hike to the falls from Boston Mills, adding about an extra 1.25mi each way. I began my hike at 5:45am in a gentle rain. After enjoying a people-free Blue Hen Falls, I continued down the trail for a further 0.75mi to Buttermilk Falls. I retraced my steps to Boston Mills. Just 0.25 from my car I encountered the first other hikers. Once again, the original trailhead, which is right next to the waterfall, was closed, this time because of construction. Hence, the start from Boston Mills: I took the Tow Path trail, and then the Stanford Trail up to the falls. Brandywine Falls My third trip was to see the Great Falls of Tinker's Creek, which was a 0.5hr drive north of Boston Mills. This amazing waterfall is actually just outside the National Park, in Viaduct State Park. A 0.75mi round trip takes one to the falls. These were roaring, so taking photos amidst the spray was quite tricky. Great Falls of Tinker's Creek My final destination was to my favorite attraction in Cuyahoga Valley: The Ledges. The mossy boulders and cliffs are a delight to explore. The place was absolutely teaming with people; it was Memorial Day weekend after all. I had to wait for long periods in order to get people-free photos. I had to wait 15min for people to clear to take this selfie I had to wait 45min for people to clear to take this selfie GaliWalker exploring The Ledges (selfie)

Please send some of that water West. Lovely stuff. But, please, not to south central Montana and Yellowstone. But very nice photos . Looks like a pretty nice place for being just outside a major urban area.

I continued down the trail for a further 0.75mi to Buttermilk Falls. Is Buttermilk falls not documented? I'm only asking because on the maps I've found online I do not see it listed but it wouldn't be the first time I've been blind.

No, it isn’t listed, I don’t know why.
