Here is a collection of pictures taken between 1983 and 2021. These photos trace the Arizona Trail starting at the border with Mexico and trekking north to the Utah/Arizona state line, around 820 miles start to finish. A few of the scenes are scanned from slides and film. But, thankfully, technology changes have greatly improved a person's ability to store, track and edit images. From film to phone, we can document and preserve our life. Your digital trace will far outlive any physical remnant.
There will be very little text. Mostly photo captions with segment names. The project will be uploaded in three or so segments.

I've only hiked in AZ once but it was a great trip. According to my hiking partner I had picked a great year for water so that made the trip a little easier.

I've been on small sections in the Supes and by the S. rim and think this is an admirable and very worthwhile achievment. pics gave a real taste of the terrain and flora and fauna. Thanks for sharing this prolonged adventure dream.....

Thank you for sharing. Those are beautiful pictures individually and amazing altogether. I will never see anything like many of those except in other people’s pictures so I take a lot of vicarious pleasure in seeing the variety.
