The depravity of some people never fails to surprise, and repulse me. Someone is really sick. If there hasn't been rain in that area for awhile, I'm wondering if prints could be found on the spikes and the sickos responsible located that way?

I think it was only a few years ago that some asshat threw a bunch of tacks onto the course at the Tour de France. I believe it was near the summit of a climb, which could have made for a deadly descent over the pass.
