Yes on the trees, my neighbors decided to put in a Christmas tree lot, but then he died and the trees are huge on the outside of the lot and mostly dead or very stunted in the interior but I no longer see sunsets. I also no longer get flooded so I haven’t complained.

Spent a lot of time in Round Valley. A friend had house on Oceanview. Used to drive up from Orange County almost every weekend for several years. He has since moved to Santa Cruz.
