I will be hiking near the Hudson River and was wondering if anyone has the life force to post the AT Databook page(s) from Hemlock Springs to about 10 miles South of Hemlock Springs (Bear Mountain) in New York. Pretty much looking for the area both North and South of the Hudson River.
Many thanks!

null Are you still wanting the pages? I've got an old (like 10 - 15 years old) AT Data Book and Thru-hiker's Companion. Can scan and post the pages if they would be adequate.

Thanks daveg but I'm good. Someone on WhiteBlaze.net posted the pages. I was mostly looking for a campsite on Bear Mountain, but there didn't seem to be any. Now I'm wondering if there's a place to get a shower near the bridge over the Hudson River. Maybe the Bear Mt Hostel?

I hiked that section in 2011. No official campsites between Hemlock Springs Campsite and West Mountain Shelter. Can't remember many details so can't say if there was a good place to stealth camp in between. I did stop to check out the Bear Mountain Inn and Lodge but don't know whether they would let one take a shower without renting a room. There is a public restroom in the park but no showers that I recall. The Companion says there is a motel in Fort Montgomery (Bear Mountain Bridge Motel) about 0.7 miles from the bridge with a shuttle to and from the AT. Whether they would provide a shower without renting a room, I don't know.

There's a gym in Fort Montgomery. Usually you can shower at a gym if you purchase a day pass.
