So out of curiosity, can those of us who are lactose intolerant use powdered milk? Is there such a thing as lactose free powdered milk? We use Anthony’s Organic Coconut Milk Powder for backpacking and it tastes good, much, much better than powdered cow milk imo. It comes in a one pound bag but store it in your freezer after opening and no problem. Amazon has it. Seems like I used to see Nido a lot all over Mexico where I worked for 10 years. Lots of dehydrated stuff in a land without electricity and refrigerators in many areas. Anytime I’d order tea it was an instant that tasted terrible. Complain and they would bring out the whole container so you could spoon in more.
