Blackleaf CanyonHey all! First attempt at a trip video. This was an overnight spring-training hike in the Rocky Mountain Front range on the edge of the Bob Marshall Wilderness. Blackleaf Canyon is an amazing sheer-wall that attracts rock climbers from the area; although, not another soul was to be seen on this hike. Maybe the washed-out approach road had something to do with that. Miles hiked: 12 round trip, elevation gained, apx. 2500 ft. Hiked on May 30, 2019. Perfect hiking temps, mid 70s F., but got a bit overcast with thunderstorms passing over. No music added, so that you can experience the water, wind, and birds singing. Let me know if you agree with that choice!
